In todays world we have to cling tightly to God's word. So many distractions in our world of America. We are told to be politically correct; be aware of OTHERS FEELINGS, LBGT, Illegal immigrants, welfare, democrats, republicans, liberals, atheists, agnostics, Muslims, Sharia Law, no prayer in schools, and on and on.
What we do need, to make America great again, is to come back to God. Paul does not mince words when he says this to us in Galatians. Before we go there you should know we are not to dislike or hate the above mentioned, we should love them and share the gospel. Example: Too often Christians show hatred toward gays; gays say Christians hate them. Well, on both side some do and some don't; BUT, we are called to love them but dislike or hate their sin. When you sin, do you hate yourself? NO! We should love all our brothers and sisters in this world and turn them on to God.
NOW, look at the scripture in Galatians 1: 6 I am astonished that you are so quickly deserting the one who called you to live in the grace of Christ and are turning to a different gospel— 7 which is really no gospel at all. Evidently some people are throwing you into confusion and are trying to pervert the gospel of Christ. 8 But even if we or an angel from heaven should preach a gospel other than the one we preached to you, let them be under God’s curse! 9 As we have already said, so now I say again: If anybody is preaching to you a gospel other than what you accepted, let them be under God’s curse!
10 Am I now trying to win the approval of human beings, or of God? Or am I trying to please people? If I were still trying to please people, I would not be a servant of Christ.
It cannot be any more clear than what Paul is telling us. Soooo, who or whom are you trying to please? God or people? Thank you for reading. Love you all.
