Don't ever give up--Our GOD can do anything!!! Luke 1:5-26

Good morning all. God is good all the time, all the time God is good. TOO BLESSED TO COMPLAIN!!

We must always remember that GOD is bigger than us, the world, the universe, greater than satan or any evil that comes our way.  AND, in knowing this we must not give up. Things may happen in our families, our neighborhood, our career, in politics, in world thinking and attitude, BUT, we must not give up.  We MUST maintain our faith and hope in GOD.  Let me tell you a quick story.
There once was a righteous man who was a priest of GOD. He and his wife were well past the child bearing age and had come to that realization.  So, he would just continue as a priest of GOD, and she, being his loyal wife and supporter.
Then one day something strange, different, and fearful at that moment happened.  He was a Jewish priest and he was chosen to be the priest who would enter the Holy Place to offer incense to God for the people.  WOW!!! What an honor!
Upon entering, suddenly, to his surprise and terror, he came face to face with an angel. Whaaatt??
The message the angel had for him was hard to believe, he would be a father, BUT, he doubted it because of his age. Here is his response in Luke 1: 18 And Zacharias said unto the angel, Whereby shall I know this? for I am an old man, and my wife well stricken in years.
Here Zacharias is doubting - known as letting human thoughts and knowledge overcome what God can do. For God, there are no physical limitations.
Because he doubted the angel said: 20 And, behold, thou shalt be dumb, and not able to speak, until the day that these things shall be performed, because thou believest not my words, which shall be fulfilled in their season.
So, when ole Zach came out the people noticed something different and they thought he had seen a vision in the temple. Zach finished his ministerial duties, then went to his house and stayed.  His wife, Elizabeth, then conceived and became pregnant. And, of course, I do hope you know the rest of the story. They were the parents of John the Baptist.  You can read here about this story here, Luke 1:5-26.  Remember, Elizabeth is a cousin of who???  Yes, the Virgin Mary.
PHYSICAL OR PERSONAL LIMITATIONS DO NOT LIMIT GOD!!!  Please remember this as you go forth this and every day you have breath to praise GOD!  Thank you for reading. Love you all.

Your INHERITANCE

Good morning everyone.  God is good all the time, all the time God is good. TOO BLESSED TO COMPLAIN!!!

I just want you to think about this for a moment.  What is your inheritance?  When this is spoken to us we usually turn to our parents and what they will leave us when they die.  The material things of this world.  And what will we get?  Money, house, cars, property, and maybe stocks and bonds.  What will happen to all this?  It will go away.
Well, what about the most important inheritance?  That is a present from the LORD GOD in Heaven, his son JESUS CHRIST.  The one who gave HIS life for you!!!
And why?  So you could inherit eternal life.  And what does it cost?
Well, if you were to purchase things in different countries there are different currency you would need: franks, euros, pounds, rupees, yen, and others. HOWEVER------
The cost for eternal life is FAITH--- FAITH IN JESUS CHRIST!  We can inherit all the other from our parents or another person, BUT, the only way you can inherit ETERNAL LIFE is through FAITH IN JESUS CHRIST!!
So, don't just sit there, don't just stand around, don't just drive in your auto, GO FORTH AND SHARE THE WORD AND TELL OTHERS ABOUT JESUS!
Thank you for reading today. Love you all.

Is the number 3 important in the Bible?

Good morning all. God is good all the time, all the time God is good. TOO BLESSED TO BE STRESSED!

You know that all that is on facebook is true!  Yeah, right. Fact check anything you find on facebook that states is going on in America. As Sgt. Friday used to say, "Just the facts, ma'am, just the facts"!
Okay, what about the number 3 in the Bible.  I did a search and study on this in the past and think it is worth posting.  So, here 'tis!
The meaning of the number 3.  It is used 47 time in the Bible. It pictures completeness, not to the degree that 7 does, but it does.  The meaning of this number derives from the fact that it is the first of four spiritually perfect numerals (the others being 7, 10, and 12(.  The 3 righteous patriarchs before the flood were Abel, Enoch, and Noah.  After this the righteous "fathers" Abraham, Isaac and Jacob (Israel later).
There are 27 books in the New Testament, this is 3 x 3 x 3, or completeness to the third power.
Jesus prayed three time in the Garden of Gethsemane before his arrest. He was placed on the cross at the 3rd hours of the day (9 a.m.) and died at the 9th hour (3 p.m.).  There were 3 hours of darkness that covered the land while Jesus was suffering on the cross from the 6th hour to the 9th hour.  Three is the number of resurrection.  Christ was dead for three full days and three full nights, a total of 72 hours before being resurrected.
There were only three individuals who witnessed Jesus' transfiguration on Mount Hermon.  Those who saw Jesus' glory on the mount were John, Peter, & James.
The apostle Paul was an exceptionally well educated person.  In three different occasions he quotes directly from Greek poets (Acts 17:28, 1 Corinthians 15:33 and Titus 1:12).  He also was privileged to visit the location of God's throne, which is in the third heaven. (2 Corinthians 12:2-4)
The three words that appear only once in Scripture are REVEREND (Psalms111:9) ETERNITY (Isaiah 57:15) and GRANDMOTHER (2 tIMOTHY 1:5). (King James version, others use synonyms)
Only three people were allowed to ask GOD ANYTHING.  They were Solomon (1 Kings 3:5), Ahaz (Isaiah 7:11) and Jesus Christ (Psalm 2:9).
Three gifts given to Israel by GOD were:   his law,  land of their inheritance, and their calling (the world to come).
The Bible only mentions the name of three angels (Michael, Gabriel, and Lucifer).
THREE IN PROPHECY
Next to seven, 3 is the most commonly found or referenced number in Revelaion.  An ngel is charged to cry 3 WOEs to those who live on earth to warn them of more trials to come (Revelation 8:13).
The murdered bodies of the TWO WITNESSES will not be allowed to be buried but rather will lie openly in Jerusalem for three days before they are resurrected.
Three unclean spirits will be allowed to deceive the whole world to FIGHT the returning JESUS CHRIST in what is called the battle of Armageddon (Revelation 16:13-16)  The NEW JERUSALEM, created by God for placement on a new earth, will be shaped like a square with three gates on each side. (Revelation 21:13).
MOST ABOUT BIBLICAL MEANING OF 3
God is described, in the very beginning of the book of Revelations as a Being:
"WHICH IS"    "WHICH WAS"   &  "WHICH IS TO COME" (Revelation 1:4
There are 3 great periods of God's annual Feast days of worship, the Spring festivals.  Pentecost, Feast of Trumpet, Atonemen and Feast of Tabernacles.
Well, I hope you appreciated the information about the number 3 and that it means as much to you as it does to me.  Thanks for reading. Love you all.

God communicates with us in various ways? How do you hear from God?

Good Friday to all.  God is good all the time, all the time God is good. May your Friday be wonderful and blessed!!!

How does GOD communicate with you?  If you say HE does not communicate with you, then "YOU JUST AIN'T LISTENING"!
So, how does GOD communicate or talk to us?  Sometimes we hear or perceive thoughts in our mind and what do we do?  Sometimes we think it is GOD (usually when it is convenient) and sometimes we think it is just our thoughts. Weeellllll!
Some people in the Bible were visited by and communicated with GOD in different ways.  Jacob, Zechariah, Mary and the Shepherds were visited by Angels.
Jacob, Joseph, a baker, a cup-bearer, Pharaoh, Isaiah, Joseph, the wise men had communication through a dream.
The scary one is Belshazar in Daniel who saw writing on the wall.  Then, how about Balaam who received word from GOD by a talking donkey.  You can view all these scriptures here:  Angels, Dreams, Writing on the wall, Talking Donkey.
Then, how did the Children of Israel travel out of Egypt, by  Pillars of cloud and fire.  Then you come to one who really tries to run from God, Jonah, and the communication here begins by being swallowed by a great fish.
The you have a direct verbal conversation which happened to Abraham, Moses, Jesus at his Baptism, and the Paul on the road.  Moses also had communication by fire, the burning bush.  Then, finally, GOD speaks to us through his son, JESUS CHRISTThese scriptures are here.
So, my dear friend, have you listened to GOD lately?  You may be driving, listening to the radio when suddenly a thought comes to mind.  Is this GOD speaking to you?  You may be reading a book, a Bible, or a paper when a thought flashes through your mind.  Is this GOD speaking to you?  How do you hear GOD?  We should all speak to GOD via prayer or just talking daily, continually as we travel through this boot camp we call life.  Food for thought: how do you listen to GOD?
Love you all. Thank you for reading.

To Fear or Not To Fear---------that is the Question!!!!

GOOD MORNING ALL. GOD IS GOOD ALL THE TIME, ALL THE TIME GOD IS GOOD!!!  TOO BLESSED TO FEAR!!!!

Whom shall I fear?   We have all heard this when in church, then when we leave the building we tend to leave this phrase behind.  We are in a new era:  pandemic of covid-19; Biden and a liberal presidency & cabinet, Christians being persecuted around the world, and more.
So, what do we do?  We gather with our friends and express our displeasure or pleasure, just talk about it, then do nothing.  Well, if you are sick and need medicine we need to read the directions and take the medicine as prescribed, not just until we feel better.
My brother in law gave me a book/pamphlet to read called God's Medicine Bottle by Derek Prince.  We need to remember who the great physician is and follow his directions.  Do we?
So often we live in fear and let fear control our every being, what we do, where we go, how we act, and more.  Fear is not a new thing.  It has been around since Adam and Eve.  It started when they were afraid in the garden because they ate of the forbidden fruit.
God is our refuge and in HIM whom shall I fear? In the link to the scriptures below you will find fear in each of these men, but God was there one way or another.  Fear was in Abram, later Abraham, Moses, Joshua, Jeremiah, Daniel, Zechariah, Mary, the Shepherds, Peter, and Paul.  Click this link to view those scriptures.
All of our hope, our salvation, our lives, our everything lies in God.  Look at this verse from Revelation 1: 17 And when I saw him, I fell at his feet as dead. And he laid his right hand upon me, saying unto me, Fear not; I am the first and the last: 18 I am the Living One; I was dead, and now look, I am alive for ever and ever! And I hold the keys of death and Hades.
God was in the beginning and God will be in the end.  Please take time to read the scriptures in the link above.  If you are fearful of the Biden era, take refuge in GOD.  GOD is the beginning and the end and HE is our hope, our salvation.  Keep the faith my friend.  It may not look like it from your vantage point but just remember,  GOD IS IN CONTROL!  Love you all.

Do you know your Bible?

Good morning all. God is good all the time, all the time God is good. TOO BLESSED TO BE STRESSED!!!

You should know your way around the town and area you live in without being lost or struggling to get where you need to be.  But, let me ask you this:  Do you know where Bangladesh is? Bangladesh is one of the poorest and densely populated countries in the world. It is located in South Asia and is bordered by India from three sides, Burma from the southeast corner and the Bay of Bengal from the south.
image.png
We don't really know where it is, and, for most part, most don't care where it is.
WELL---- What if I asked you where 1 Corinthians is in the Bible?  Do you know your "geography" of the Bible?  Is it before or after Romans? Before or after Galatians?  Hmmmm!
Then what if I asked you where is Psalms located?  Before or after Esther?  Before or after Isaiah?
The point here is how well do we know the road map to spiritual healthiness.  How often do we pick up our Bible and read it?  Do we know our way around? Do we know the direction we should be traveling?
Maybe it is time we all stopped and took a good look at where we are in the world map of the Bible and start our journey through it.  We would grow spiritually, and if GOD is not real to you now, HE will be when you finish reading.  Food for thought. Love you all.

D O U B T E R S !!!!

Good morning everyone!  God is good all the time, all the time God is good.  We, in the USA, are indeed blessed to be in this nation.  Other Christians around the world are suffering and being killed (or slaughtered) for their belief in the LORD JESUS CHRIST!

Who can God use is a question asked by many.  God can use you, me, Trump, Biden, whomever HE chooses.  Hmmm!   Are you certain about that?  Yes, read along.
Abraham was told he would have a son, but as he reached old age. Abraham doubted this and said: Genesis 17:17 Abraham fell facedown; he laughed and said to himself, “Will a son be born to a man a hundred years old? Will Sarah bear a child at the age of ninety?”
D O U B T, yes, Doubt in what God can do.  But then........
When Abraham was providing food for three visitors one of the visitors said he would return in a year because Sarah would have a baby.  Sarah overheard this and thought to herself:  Genesis 18: 12 So Sarah laughed to herself as she thought, “After I am worn out and my lord is old, will I now have this pleasure?”
At this the LORD asked Abraham why Sarah laughed and also asked is anything too hard for the Lord?
Next let us come to Moses and see his conversation with God.  Exodus 3: 10 So now, go. I am sending you to Pharaoh to bring my people the Israelites out of Egypt.”11 But Moses said to God, “Who am I that I should go to Pharaoh and bring the Israelites out of Egypt?”12 And God said, “I will be with you. And this will be the sign to you that it is I who have sent you: When you have brought the people out of Egypt, you will worship God on this mountain.” 13 Moses said to God, “Suppose I go to the Israelites and say to them, ‘The God of your fathers has sent me to you,’ and they ask me, ‘What is his name?’ Then what shall I tell them?”14 God said to Moses, I am who I am". This is what you are to say to the Israelites: ‘I am has sent me to you.’”15 God also said to Moses, “Say to the Israelites, ‘The Lord, the God of your fathers—the God of Abraham, the God of Isaac and the God of Jacob—has sent me to you.’

“This is my name forever,
the name you shall call me
    from generation to generation.

Moses is now arguing with God.  As we see and read the Bible we think are they stupid, Abraham, Sarah, Moses and others for doubting and arguing with God. WEELLLLL, how often do we argue with God and when the Holy Spirit moves us we pass it off as "oh, it was only emotional and my own thoughts", when, in fact, God is nudging us to action.

Here are a few "doubters" from the Bible you can look up.  They are people God used to get HIS work done.  Israelites Exodus 1:1-3; Gideon Judges :14-23;  Zechariah Luke 1:18; Thomas John 20:24-25.  Click here to see the particular passages.

Are you listening to God?  OR............are you passing the message from God as your own thoughts?  Hmmm!! Something to ponder, from God or not from God, that is the question. May you be the next "doubter" that God uses. Thanks for reading today. Love you all.

He (GOD) HEALED THEM! PSALM 107:20

Good morning all.  God is good all the time, all the time God is good.  YOU ARE BLESSED AND WILL/CAN BE HEALED BY GOD!!!

We tend to worry about what is happening in the world, in our state, in our community, in our family, and in our own household.  But why?  Worry is a great tool that satan enjoys using.  Satan casts many "doubt darts" at believers.  Just a side note, satan is not every where, (God is omnipresent)  but he has demons that are given jobs to do and they are carrying out satan's orders.  If you are tempted it comes from satan but just may be a demon trying to get into your head.  Just call upon Jesus and tell satan to flee in the name of Jesus.
We all can be healed of whatever is plaguing us at the time.  Psalm 107:20 He sent his word, and healed them, and delivered them from their destructions.   God can just speak and we will be healed, BUT, we have to believe, I don't mean say you believe, but REALLY BELIEVE THAT GOD CAN HEAL!!
Don't give the excuses of well why didn't he heal ole "so and so" because he died and left a family.  God only knows, but it was for a reason.
We need to remember Psalm 107: 1 Give thanks to the Lord, for he is good; his love endures forever.
Here is the link to Psalm 107, when you have time please read it from 1 to 43 and listen (to listen to 107 click here) and absorb its words: 43 Let the one who is wise heed these things and ponder the loving deeds of the Lord.
May this message find you in good spirits and praising the LORD for all you have; your life, family, job, health, but most of all for your SALVATION!!  Love you all.

Isaiah's commission - Isaiah 6 - should also be our commission!

Good morning all.  God is good all the time, all the time God is good.  TOO BLESSED TO COMPLAIN!!

Well, another day in our lives to go forth and stand up for JESUS CHRIST.  Then comes the question--WILL YOU STAND UP FOR JESUS CHRIST????
At the beginning of Isaiah the seraphim with six wings are singing HOLY HOLY HOLY!!  But why 3 times?  Why not just God is Holy?  Well, a couple of reasons: first, to repeat the word or phrase repeatedly, in Hebrew, showed intensity of your communication, and, second, the God head is three in one.
Then as I begin reading in verse 8, God says whom shall I send?  What does Isaiah say?   “Here am I. Send me!”  There is emphasis here,  It is not just "here I am, I'll go", but great emphasis of "HERE AM I, SEND ME". This is important because he is willing, able, and has determination to go where God wants him to go.
Then what does God say after that?  Isaiah must tell the people what God says.  This may be what he is saying to us and America:
verse 9 -(they will) “‘Be ever hearing, but never understanding;
be ever seeing, but never perceiving.’
10 Make the heart of this people calloused;    make their ears dull
    and close their eyes.

Otherwise they might see with their eyes,
    hear with their ears,
    understand with their hearts,
and turn and be healed.”
Woe! don't understand, don't perceive, calloused heart, don't hear, don't see?  This first part, in blue, means Isaiah will be speaking to a "negative" audience.  A group that choses not to hear the truth.  They are calloused and turned away.  If you have ever spoke to a group that did not wish to hear what you were saying you would understand where he is and how discouraging it can be.  BUT, he continued.
Then, the next part, in red, is saying if they do see, hear, and understand they will turn away from their wicked ways and be healed.  Healed meaning a heart for God.
Isaiah wants to know how long he will speak to this negative and evil peoples who do not wish to hear his words.  Here is what the LORD GOD says and we probably should heed this word:
11 Then I said, “For how long, Lord?”

And he answered:

“Until the cities lie ruined
    and without inhabitant,
until the houses are left deserted
and the fields ruined and ravaged,
12 until the Lord has sent everyone far away    and the land is utterly forsaken.
13 And though a tenth remains in the land,    it will again be laid waste.
But as the terebinth and oak
leave stumps when they are cut down,
so the holy seed will be the stump in the land.”

This is the word to us as well.  We must spread the word, the gospel until cities lie ruined and/or there is repenting by the peoples. Isaiah's message is not without hope; our message is not without hope.

Are you willing to share the word of the Bible until the end?  Barring all ridicule and/or torture, will you continue to share the Good News of JESUS CHRIST?   I have to ask myself this question daily if not more often.  Thank you for reading. Take up Isaiah's commission and go forth my friend, go forth boldly.  Love you all.

Saying "I AM A CHRISTIAN" is easy, BUT.............WHEN TORTURE COMES- 2 Corinthians 4:8-9; Isaiah 12:2 & 41:8; Philippians 4:13

Good morning all. God is good all the time, all the time God is good.  TOO BLESSED TO COMPLAIN!!!

Okay, I may ramble somewhat today but stay with me.  I often print Too blessed to Complain......however, my question to me and to you is:  COULD OR DO WE REALLY LIVE IT?!?!?
I watched a movie, a true story of Richard Wurmbrand, a Romanian Jew born in 1909.  He survived WWII and after the war was a believer in Jesus Christ in Romania.  Romania was under communist rule and the authorities actually hated, not disliked, but hated the Christians.  He suffered under their hand, but I'll come back to this later.
In America we profess to be Christians and stand up for Jesus Christ, yet we have no trials.  When I say no trials, we are not treated as many in some countries where they are tortured to renounce the name of Jesus.  Oh, you say the government is trying to limit our voice, we are so abused having to deal with the immorality that America is leaning towards.  Oh, poor baby!  WE ARE NOT BEING TORTURED FOR JESUS CHRIST!  We are experiencing challenges, and we become discontent and grumble among ourselves, but what else do we do?
On tv we see preachers who are worth hundreds of thousands of dollars if not millions, wearing fancy clothes and expensive jewelry.  Are they really for Christ?  Would they stand up for Christ if tortured?
Then we have you and me, middle class living in a comfortable home, wearing nice clothes, driving nice automobiles, and maybe some jewelry.  Would you and I stand up for Christ if tortured?  We would never know this until it happens. WELL........ I am hear to say it is coming.
We may not, in these next few years, experience torture, BUT, we will be in a major SPIRITUAL BATTLE!!  The people coming to power have openly expressed their views and if you don't know what they believe take time to investigate.
Just a few: abortions, same sex marriage, transgender, punishing pastors for hate speech when they preach, from the Bible, against these things; and, it will only get worse.  Slowly we are losing our freedoms in America.
Ninety years ago a man came to power that was doing this very thing we see unfolding in America.  His first name was Adolph. But, coming may not be the star of David on our clothing but a CROSS marking us as, if you will, INFIDELS, aka CHRISTIANS.  Take heed my friends, the tide is turning and muddy waters will be coming.
If you have a chance the movie, Tortured for Christ, is on Pureflix and is a great testimony.  Difficult to watch, but a true story and something to make you take a good look at yourself and your commitment to Jesus Christ.
Also, Nicolae Moldoveanu, also in prison with Pastor Wurmbrand, wrote over 6,000 hymns while in prison and one with the movie is "I won't forget"; a very deep and stirring song.
   2 Corinthians 4: We are troubled on every side, yet not distressed; we are perplexed, but not in despair;

Persecuted, but not forsaken; cast down, but not destroyed;

Isaiah 41: We are troubled on every side, yet not distressed; we are perplexed, but not in despair;

Persecuted, but not forsaken; cast down, but not destroyed;

Isaiah 12:Behold, God is my salvation; I will trust, and not be afraid: for the Lord Jehovah is my strength and my song; he also is become my salvation.

Philippians 4: 13 I can do all things through Christ which strengtheneth me.

Thank you for reading with me today.  Stand up for Jesus Christ and be strong. Love you all.

What window do you look through? Proverbs 20:19

Good morning all. God is good all the time, all the time God is good.  TOO BLESSED TO BE STRESSED!!!

I came across the writing below in a place I would never have thought -- yes, I know - facebook.  However, it so relates to many things in our lives; gives us a look at our perspective.  My perspective, your perspective of what we see and hear.
Proverbs 20:19 Whoever goes about slandering reveals secrets; therefore do not associate with a simple babbler.
We may gossip only in our homes, or to close friends, or to anyone who will listen.  However, it is important we view things from a real and true standpoint.  Here is the paragraph that caught my eye.
A young couple moves into a new neighborhood. The next morning while they are eating breakfast, the young woman sees her neighbor hanging the wash outside. "That laundry is not very clean; she doesn't know how to wash correctly.  Perhaps she needs better laundry soap."
Her husband looks on, remaining silent. Every time her neighbor hangs her wash to dry, the young woman makes the same comments.
A month later, the woman is surprised to see a nice clean wash on the line and says to her husband: "Look, she's finally learned how to wash correctly. I wonder who taught her this? "
The husband replies, "I got up early this morning and cleaned our windows."
And so it is with life... What we see when watching others depends on the clarity of the window through which we look.

Can I get an AMEN to this?  So true, so true. Love you all and thanks for reading today.

Jesus who?? Romans 10:14-15

Good morning all. God is good all the time, all the time God is good. YES, YOU ARE BLESSED!!!

Let us look at Romans 10 and start with verse 14.  14 How, then, can they call on the one they have not believed in? And how can they believe in the one of whom they have not heard? And how can they hear without someone preaching to them?
You cannot call on Jesus to save you if you don't believe in Him.  Plus, they (anyone) cannot believe in Jesus if they have never heard of Him.  They won't hear about Jesus unless someone shares the word with them.  ARE YOU THE PERSON WHO SHOULD SHARE THE WORD?
Our lives should model the life of Christ.  Oh, yes, we will sin, but if we are modeling Christ it will not be an intentional sin.  When we share we need to be able to give the message to the individual in such a way they, in their mind, will understand salvation.
Again, ARE YOU THE PERSON WHO SHOULD SHARE THE WORD??
Then verse 15 (which we had yesterday also): 15 And how shall they preach, except they be sent? as it is written, How beautiful are the feet of them that preach the gospel of peace, and bring glad tidings of good things!
It is my job, your job, our obligation as believers in Jesus Christ to take God's message of salvation to others.  This allows them the opportunity to experience salvation and eternal life.  God calls us all to do the sharing of the Good News.
Oh, you may say "it is hard for me to talk to people"; and to this I say BUNK!!  You may speak to other people not only audibly, but by your actions.  They see how you deal with others, with problems, they see your life style and it is (should be) different than the world's.
With the world in a pandemic, agenda's contrary to God's word being pushed, it is time WE, as CHRISTIANS take a stand, a strong stand for the name of Jesus Christ and proclaim salvation to all the world.  Thank you for reading today. Love you all.

Call upon HIS name and be saved; Share the gospel Romans 10:8-13; 10:15

Good morning all. God is good all the time, all the time God is good. YES, YOU WERE BLESSED IN 2020 AND WILL BE IN 2021!  Look up for the LORD, not down in despair where the devil lives.

So often we quote John 3:16, but I would like to reintroduce you to Romans chapter 10 and going to verse 8 through 13 we will, hopefully, experience a new awakening.  Then specially in verse 15.
First, let me tell you that when Paul entered a town he went straight to the synagogue to share the word.  Whether the Jews believed his message or not, he shared the word and then left then to discuss it. This leads into verse 8::
Romans 10: But what does it say? “The word is near you; it is in your mouth and in your heart,” that is, the message concerning faith that we proclaim:
In verse 9, the word has been in our (the Jews) mouth and now is the time to confess it. But we must believe it in where? Our heart!! If you look at verse 10 - believe and are justified. (Justified=just as if I never sinned). First, confess with our mouth.  As the last part of verse 9 -- A MUST:  that Jesus was raised up from the dead by God, aka, the RESURRECTION!!!!  Believe it or not, some seminaries do not teach the resurrection because "it may scare people away".  Huh???
If you declare with your mouth, “Jesus is Lord,” and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved. 10 For it is with your heart that you believe and are justified, and it is with your mouth that you profess your faith and are saved.
Many believe to be a Christian is a hard process with lots of do's and don'ts.  It actually is very simple, believe in Him (Jesus) and be saved.  Also, in verse 12 the Bible says there is not a difference between Jews and Gentiles - therefore, anyone, yes ANYONE who calls upon the LORD may be saved.
Now, read verse 13 and take it to heart!!!!!
11 As Scripture says, “Anyone who believes in him will never be put to shame.” 12 For there is no difference between Jew and Gentile—the same Lord is Lord of all and richly blesses all who call on him, 13 for, “Everyone who calls on the name of the Lord will be saved.”
  N  O  W       A   CALL TO ARMS!!!  Verse 15:
5 And how can anyone preach unless they are sent? As it is written: “How beautiful are the feet of those who bring good news!”
Okay, let all this soak in.  Are YOU ready to be one who carries the word to the world around you?  If not, WHY NOT??   If so, go forth and if you need help or company call or email me.  I'll go with you. Love you all. Thanks for reading.
In Christ Love and Grace
