God communicates with us in various ways? How do you hear from God?

Good Friday to all.  God is good all the time, all the time God is good. May your Friday be wonderful and blessed!!!

How does GOD communicate with you?  If you say HE does not communicate with you, then "YOU JUST AIN'T LISTENING"!
So, how does GOD communicate or talk to us?  Sometimes we hear or perceive thoughts in our mind and what do we do?  Sometimes we think it is GOD (usually when it is convenient) and sometimes we think it is just our thoughts. Weeellllll!
Some people in the Bible were visited by and communicated with GOD in different ways.  Jacob, Zechariah, Mary and the Shepherds were visited by Angels.
Jacob, Joseph, a baker, a cup-bearer, Pharaoh, Isaiah, Joseph, the wise men had communication through a dream.
The scary one is Belshazar in Daniel who saw writing on the wall.  Then, how about Balaam who received word from GOD by a talking donkey.  You can view all these scriptures here:  Angels, Dreams, Writing on the wall, Talking Donkey.
Then, how did the Children of Israel travel out of Egypt, by  Pillars of cloud and fire.  Then you come to one who really tries to run from God, Jonah, and the communication here begins by being swallowed by a great fish.
The you have a direct verbal conversation which happened to Abraham, Moses, Jesus at his Baptism, and the Paul on the road.  Moses also had communication by fire, the burning bush.  Then, finally, GOD speaks to us through his son, JESUS CHRISTThese scriptures are here.
So, my dear friend, have you listened to GOD lately?  You may be driving, listening to the radio when suddenly a thought comes to mind.  Is this GOD speaking to you?  You may be reading a book, a Bible, or a paper when a thought flashes through your mind.  Is this GOD speaking to you?  How do you hear GOD?  We should all speak to GOD via prayer or just talking daily, continually as we travel through this boot camp we call life.  Food for thought: how do you listen to GOD?
Love you all. Thank you for reading.
In Christ's Love and Grace
Johnny
