Hmmmmm! Think about this in Luke 12

Good morning all. God is good all the time, all the time God is good.  TOO BLESSED TO BE STRESSED!
As I was reading this morning I came across this verse in Luke 12: 10 And whosoever shall speak a word against the Son of man, it shall be forgiven him: but unto him that blasphemeth against the Holy Ghost it shall not be forgiven.
I have not checked any commentaries or researched this, but would like to have your input.  First Jesus says whosoever shall speak a word against the Son of Man, it shall be forgiven him -  Why did Jesus say this?  Is it because He knew they did not or would not realize who He really is?  Is that why on the cross He said "forgive them Father, for they know not what they do?"
But then, He goes on to say "but unto him that blasphemeth against the Holy Ghost it shall not be forgiven.  Okay, we know we have the Trinity, the 3 in 1; and if they call Jesus names, curse Him, spit on him, beat him, they can be forgiven.
However, if they sin or blaspheme the Holy Ghost they will not be forgiven.  So, if someone denies or curses the Holy Ghost - then they are doomed for hell.  Correct?   I would love to hear your twist on this. Love you all.
In Christ's Love and Grace
Johnny
