What does the future hold? Who knows?

Good morning all. God is good all the time, all the time God is good.  TOO BLESSED TO BE STRESSED!!!
We, the people, being human and animals of curiosity tend to want to know what is in our future.  We have short term goals such as lists: honey-do lists, grocery lists, work lists, and lists of many items.  But, there seems to be a longing to know what will be happening in the future for many.
This refers to the Christian as well as the pagans.  Some Christians are obsessed with the future and study Revelation and the End Times with great vigor. Also, some Christians falter some the same as our pagan friends and look to their horoscope, Tarot card readers, palm readers, futuristic scientific materials, prep=ers, psychics, or psychic hot lines.  To what does this all avail us? NOTHING!!
There is only 1, yes ONE who knows and declares the future. Here is some scripture from Isaiah that tells us this.
Some of the Old Testament prophets had glimpses into the future. Prophets such as Isaiah, Ezekiel, Daniel and Zechariah.  Jesus spoke about it as did Peter and Paul through some of their inspired writings.  However, the book that leaves us with an interpretation of what the end times will be like is Revelation, the inspired writings of John.
The word Revelation comes from the Greek word apokalypsis and means "an uncovering," "an unveiling," or "a disclosure."  I am not an end times scholar nor a theologian, however, I will try to study and do discussions on this with any of you who are interested.  This will not be a "mass study" but a study for only ones who wish to study Revelations further.  If you are interested please let me know and we will do a study together via internet.  This may be a long study so consider carefully if you wish to do so.  Revelation has 22 chapters and I would expect this will be covered in the course of a year, meeting once a week.
Thank you for reading today. Love you all.
In Christ's Love and Grace
Johnny
