1 Chronicles 29:10-13 Do you praise God is everything?

Good morning my dear friends in Christ.  God is good all the time, all the time God is good.  BE BLESSED THIS DAY AS YOU ARE A CHILD OF THE KING!!!

  Did you take time yesterday or today to just be still and listen to God, or at least listen to the sounds of nature that God created?  Birds singing good morning, breeze dancing through the leaves and branches, rain playing music as it falls.  This and more all come from God.

  Set a timer and go to your knees for just 60 seconds, a minute, and just listen to God.  A minute in silent attitude will seem like a long time, but it is really not. Give it a try. For me it is hard to keep focused on God without my mind wandering.

   David, at the end of his reign, was thankful to God for all he had, all God had done for him, and praised God to the very end.  Yes, David made mistakes, however, he did repent and he did love God with all his heart.  Look at this verse by King David at the end of his life.

  1 Chronicles 29: 10 David praised the Lord in the presence of the whole assembly, saying,

“Praise be to you, Lord,
    the God of our father Israel,
    from everlasting to everlasting.
11 Yours, Lord, is the greatness and the power
    and the glory and the majesty and the splendor,
    for everything in heaven and earth is yours.
Yours, Lord, is the kingdom;
    you are exalted as head over all.
12 Wealth and honor come from you;
    you are the ruler of all things.
In your hands are strength and power
    to exalt and give strength to all.
13 Now, our God, we give you thanks,
    and praise your glorious name.

Thank you God for all you have given us.  Thank you brothers and sisters for reading today. Now as we close remember verse 13 - give God thanks and praise HIS glorious name. Love you all.
